It would do wonders for PvP, keep wall is breached so you run to top of keep and fly out.Every time when someone on the forum is asking ZOS to implement flying mounts to the game, other folks respond that its not possible because of game mechanics. Also nice to skip trash in some raids.
Pretty useless for overland transport as wayshrines are faster and you still have to pass zone doors.
But yes you can bypass some mobs in quests, also nice to farm chests.
Added downside that places you can not reach like roof on high buildings is unlikely to have collision.Grinding just make you go in circles.
Asking ZoS for nerfs is as stupid as asking for close air support from the death star.0
