Keldheir✭✭✭✭It doesn't dye that badly actually. I didn't want to buy it at first but I had enough crowns, so whatever... And I didn't regret it.
Down below a few examples of how it dyes. Not very vibrant but I think that's fine.

✭✭✭✭✭It dyes really nicely. I was pretty happy. The shoulder bone armor-thing on her upper arm dyes separately, but I didn't bother to dye that. This is the new hair that just came out too.

They do not dye. They are not part of the "costume"... They are considered a facial accessory and are treated like the brow shields, monocles, and forehead adornments. They do have some clipping through some hair styles in the back, just fyi.
I'm happy with the costume. It dyes well enough, but a lot of colors are not very bright. I guess that's ok, since it's supposed to be assassin gear.

Daedric Red looks a little... strange. The dye actually has a blue undertone normally, and on the leather, it ends up speckled. Sort of like what you'd normally see from Nirncrux or Entoloma Blue. Strangely, it doesn't usually seem to pick up the undertone, the way leather usually does, on iridescent dyes. So Atmoran Bronze looks orange, rather than purple. Stuff like Red Diamond Red looks fine though.
Incidentally, the chiten pieces look really weird if you dye them with Entoloma Blue. As in, it'll be a dark brown with bright blue highlights.0
