But then, I am a magblade who does not use proc sets.

You nerfed our cloaks, now your nerfing penetration. Your nerfing viper ( arguably the only set that nightblades have to be on par with other class metas) it's as if you don't want eso to have a rogue class. Idk if you have played any other mmos but a rogue class is supposed to have supper high burst and crit damage. It's meant to be able to kill a single target quickly. But your steadily nerfing us harder and harder. You add super powered proc sets that give magic builds even more advantage in battle that compliment thier class skills. As a stam build we have a couple decent monster sets that are useful but in comparison to the magic counterparts are vastly underpowered. Bring back the real rogue class zos! There was nothing wrong with being able to blow away any Single target we choose to attack. That's nothing compared to magic classes that can literally wipe out 10+ players at once. But you seem to think that a class that can virtually one shot a single player after a carefully lined up attack is too much. Play your game zos nightblades need tons of love.

Instead, it keeps disappearing and resurfacing later.

Armor is always fighting for you, unless you fight naked.
What is next "bright" BS nonsense we should use as mantra on forums?
- Weapon should not do the fighting for you with a massive damage
- Tank should not do the shielding of you against a massive damage
- Healer should not be healing you trough a massive damage
List equally R (offending to some ppl I guess) to what many on this forums repeat about armor.
Meanwhile, some other classes use 1 button spamming ranged AOE execute... Shall we also spew bs how "skills should not da the fighting for you with a massive damage"?
