i love my magblade too much to give him up, and will still use him as my main. through the good times and the bad times

I loved my MagBlade too, but with the Morrowind changes I lost all hope. Strangely, I felt relieved when I deleted him. As if his suffering had finally ended
I wish the best for you and for all MagBlades out there, and hope ZOS will stop the nerfs.

Why would you delete a character? What if another change comes along and they are great? You really want to regrind them?

I think for the vast number of us, who may not be total mechanic to the Nth degree types, most changes are not a big deal, certainly not a deal breaker.
As a magsorc main (purely PvE here), I have only one thing to say - where is the LOL button
We lost a lot with Morrowind. Yeah, there were no direct nerfs to sorcs - except Crystal Frags, but it was lolworthy also. But sustain changes were the huge indirect nerf for us.
Sorcs have 0 ways to sustain. Don't even start with Dark Deal, noone uses it in PvE. Even magDKs have some nice Offbalance + Lash combos. But magsorcs?
After Morrowind we simply lost our ability to sustain huge numbers. Do you know why like... noone cares for Crystal Frags nerf in PvE? Because not only was it small - after figuring things out, almost everyone stopped using Crystal Frags. You can't sustain them. Heck, you can't sustain Force Pulse - HA is our spammable now.
The moment you walked into some battle with significant length as a magsorc after Morrowind... You saw abysmal numbers. And you understood - sorcs Golden Age is pretty much over.
Yes, there were no direct nerfs. But sustain on itself was more than enough, believe me. We lost a lot, as we, to be honest, should have.
Morrowind pushed magsorcs from solid 1st place. It didn't kill build diversity - it actually made other options shine again.
It saddens me greatly that it was done by bringing the whole playerbase down, honestly. If you ask me - we all should hit harder. There were other options. I'm still not at peace with the way they chose and I doubt I ever will be. But Sorcowind? Sorcs of the Reach? Don't make me laugh.
We got our nerf. You simply don't understand us enough to see it

Always amazes me, how people can be so focused on sorcerer
