thats is from the initial direct damage part uptime would be higher otherwise

It is sad but yes it need to be fix a long time now. But hope they fixed it correct now and dont just block scatching

Yeah Twisting Path now scales with Thaumaturge and no longer procs Scathing Mage on non-first ticks. I guess with all the buffs to crit sources they thought it'd be too strong, but it's still a massive shame.

Path was just bugged. Its a fix. I also dont like it, scatching is garbage now. But its a fix and the real SHAME is ZOS didnt wrote it in the patch notes...

Scathing still procs from Funnel, Light and Heavy staff attacks, Impale, and Assassin's Will. Don't discount it just yet.

But either way this just means Julianos is gonna be BiS now for a 5x (I refuse to use BSW).

Julianos or TBS with thief and shadow (how will that perform witht he nerf to thief?)

In HoF, yes Juli can beat Scathing (not always, but it's safter). But every where else, Scathing will still win. It only needs a 58% uptime to equal Julianos. With all the added crit we're getting this patch, it will still be a very powerful set for ideal situations. It's just not as clear ahead of everything else as before.

Because here is pts section and some people say its ninjy fixed on live servers

Julianos or TBS with thief and shadow (how will that perform witht he nerf to thief?)

There will be many many optinions in next dlc

spinner + shadow + precise weapons
Julianos + lover + sharpend
Tbs + Lover/thief/shadow

lover with precise weapons and and and...

Also go 2x 5set bonus is an option...

I dont know yet what will be best then

Why do the developers h8 my mageblade so much

a few months ago they took her ice staff away
and now they are taking scathing away

theyre changing narineth - which is great for group work - but not so much for vMA

I was a Stamblade , but ZOS non stop nerfing (Actually they want to balance the NB between the PVE and PVP but fail , over nerfing made Stamblade dead ), then I reroll a Magbalde , again...BIS NB set SM nerfed...
I think I will roll a pet sorc tomorrow , as you wish ZOS , I play sorc , you happy?

im fully naked with lover mundus

i put 100 points in physical weapon exp it hits for 174 and 261 crits
i swap points to thaumaturge it hits for 174 and 261 crits
i swap points to MaA it hits for 217 and 325 crits

Make it
- direct damage and let it scale with MAA, it will proc scatching, it will proc nerieneth
or
- dot damage, scale with thaumathurg and it will proc skoria

Its not so difficult...

Maybe this helps: You fixed path long time ago because it procs siphoning attacks... There its starts imo...

Because its a dot that scales with maa (and thats wrong)... On live server it procs scatching but not nerieneth (direct damage) but it procs skoria (dot)

Its not fixed...

I would prefer direct damage with scatching, maa, nerieneth...but also full dot skill with thauma, skoria is ok and the correct one..
Both will be more clear then now (live and pts)
