Bug: Racial Skill Lines starting at 47/50 on max CP characters and templates

My copied characters on the PTS that are max level all have 47/50 on the Racial skill lines.
I created a template (Redguard Sorc EP) and it also is 47/50.
PC-NA.

Hmm, this might be happening on live also... started a new character on PC EU yesterday. Character is level 17, racial skill line at 15... that shouldn't be happening right ??? @ZOS_GinaBruno0 -

As you progress to lvl 50, that will fluctuate. I noticed that as I leveled my Warden after Morrowind. Eventually your Racial skill level will be ahead of character level and may hit 50 before you do (works out to be pretty close by 49 IIRC).Edited by Moloch1514 on July 14, 2017 9:40PMPC-NA1 -
