Oblivion Damage - Should it be reduced by Battle Spirit?

Currently it isn't reduced. And since infused is becoming a prime contender, and since the bug between Oblivion Damage and the Infused Trait (wasn't reducing ICD time) has been fixed, Should it now get reduced effectiveness in PvP like all other damage types?

(Some sets would need to be tweaked, such as shield-breaker and Knight Slayer having their values increased)

    Its been nerfed by 6%, shoud be fine :) We need something to cut through shields.

    Buuut, it's been buffed by synergizing extremely well with the Infused trait (since the ICD was patched), and since the infused trait is becoming more lucrative than ever.

    It should not be battle spirited, because no enchantments are. It just needs to be reworked in some awesome way. I have no good ideas, but oblivion damage with torug's/infused is really messed up right now.

    all enchants are battle spirited but oblivion damage. enchants can crit but oblivion cannot.

    Nerfing Torug's nerfs every other torug's build for the sake of balancing one problematic area (that being oblivion damage)

    Infused is stronger than Torugs, and it just got buffed.
