Hey girlz what do you want to see in the patch notes?

* Adjusted loot tables on Vvardenfell. The residents were upset that outsider furniture plans dropped more often than their own.
* Added Vvardenfell specific paintings to loot tables
* Fences will now accept all stolen items for laundering (fixed the "cannot launder this item" bug)
Hey! I got my wish!
(3.1.0) Fixed an issue that prevented certain stolen furnishings from being laundered at a fence.

* Added "stack items" functionality back to gamepad interface. No, it's not 2014
* Added "collapse section" functionality to gamepad mode. Scrolling all 240/480 items in the bank all the time was annoying for us too.
* Housing merchants will now sell a wider variety of plants/conservatory items. Just trees and moss make for dull yards.

Edit: WTF is up with copy/paste?

Added a token system to all dungeon drops, such as vMA, trials, and veteran dungeons. Tokens can be used to buy the armor pieces you want from an Undaunted vendor in your alliances main city.

Developers notes: This allows you to play the game and have fun, instead of wasting months of your life farming gear you may, or may not even get.

Stamina DPS is a thing again for PVE, and we removed all the sets in the game that were never useful, or became useless after previous changes we made, which should improve the chances of you getting something you can actually use.

Well there are Vvardenfell paintings, though droprates are godmode awful.

I definitely second the furniture droprate part.

My dream patch notes: "we decided to re evaluate our business model and are going to spend next 5 months fixing ALL the bugs and lag issues possible and impossible, after which we will introduce an absolutely bug free dlc and keep up this practice in the future".

The lorebook "A Plea for Help" is now accessible outside the Orsinium Temple Library after completing the quest "Blood on a King's Hands" and can be registered to Eidetic Memory.

Oh and other quest-locked lorebooks are accessible too. But mostly that one.

Psst. Use the bumper or trigger (can't remember which) and it skips back/forward to the next heading.

Just reading this triggers me haha. Really hope damage proc sets take a HUGE nerf. Though in that case I think some stam classes may need a buff. Without proc sets a lot of stam classes would just seem meh compared to their magicka counterpart. But a proc set nerf is really needed.

Well, been doing this for 2 years and finally learned something that should have been made obvious. Still would prefer to collapse the sections like keyboard/mouse can.

Proc sets like viper are actually really helpful in PVE for those starting out that haven't hit the Champion Point cap yet. Don't agree with them getting nerfed in PVE but understand why people don't like them in PVP.

    1. Proc Sets now have a global 1s cooldown. (No other change)
    2. Numerous under-performing sets have been buffed significantly.
    3. Improved Cyrodiil performance
    4. Fixed groupfinder
    5. Fixed battlegrounds groupfinder
    6. Pruned Training and Prosperous traits from group dungeon, trial, and VMA drop lists.
    7. Added a third "Nightmare Mode" difficulty to all dungeons. Enemies in NIghtmare mode deal even more damage, and have added special attacks/mechanics to increase the difficulty of the dungeon. Nightmare mode bosses drop "Restyle tokens" that allow you to change the style of one piece of gear to another you know. Nightare mode final bosses drop "Trait Change" tokens, that allow you to change the trait of one piece of gear to another you know.
    8. Removed the invisible barrier in the Banished Cells, freeing Rillis for his fight against the player.

Hun, no offense, but pretty much any other damage set is better for you in PvE.

Viper is garbo for anything but bursting down a player.

Have you actually tested that or are you just quoting the meta / hive mind to me?

I ask because I tested the exact same setup and the only thing I changed was viper vs. hundings and found that for me, viper does better on a test dummy, and in vMA where the burst damage actually really helps.

I realize it isn't the best set out there, but unless you have some actual data / facts that you can provide I disagree.

we've added Jewelery crafting, along with Disenchanting, of dropped sets, this way you can transfer like Molag Kena onto a Minotaur Helmet. Also we are making ESO a single-player game with a creation kit for mod makers.

I'd be fine with Converters (like the Morag Tong and Imperial Converters) that work on dropped sets. You have to know the motif, have style materials, maybe a passive, and the I never have to wear Orc or Nord ever again.

    • Weapons and mount armour are now dyeable.
    • The glitch where you become trapped in cursor mode when you accidentally perform an emote or type while in UI Hidden mode for screenshots, has now finally been fixed.

*Added a mandatory lorebook early in the main questline that details the future events of Tiber Septim, including explicitly stating umpteen times that he slayed no dragons and slung no shouts. All participants will be tested on the book to ensure details are absorbed.

*Added animation cancelling to the coldharbour and vvardenfell tutorials, along with some other mechanics that were not present at release like deactivated stamina regen while blocking, or otherwise unmentioned like the additional damage from resource pools.

*Added strict defining tags to all skill descriptions. Damage will now have its [Type] explicitly stated, all effects will be explicitly classified as [AoE] or [Single], [DoT] or [DD] and [Channel]. Skill descriptions have also been rearranged to show each effect with its own tags, preventing confusion with other parts of the spell. Also renamed Magic damage to [Unaligned] to prevent confusion in set effects.

*In-line with previous patch note, updated all gear sets to use the correct name for the damage type they either deal, buff, or proc off of. Tags also used to ensure explicit knowledge of what sorts of spells work with the set if applicable.

*Removed +10% gold-find for Subscribers, added instant daily horse feeding on-timer. Player can pick which resource will be fed in the stable menu.

He slayed no dragons, it's true. But he definitely shouted -- or at least, Hjalti Early-Beard did, one of the three men who later became Talos. That's in multiple lorebooks.
