✭Unless the improvement is some way to stop stacking procs based on 1 hit they won't fix it like the last time when they "improved" things by reducing the damage of all proc sets to cater for so much negative feedback on 5 or 6 sets in PVP2 -

Unlike Live it's not really a set day for the PTS debut ... just whenever they get the patch up and running.

✭they should just make a direct damage proc buff. if you have the buff you can't proc another set until the buff is gone... No more triple procs. One proc set on a toon is a manageable thing. That is all that needs to be done-Immortal Redeemer-

✭✭remove 5 pc proc sets. keep monster proc sets. no critting. Boom just fixed the problem. No more free damage on top of free damage, and possibly even more free damage if you wanna stack 3 procs with little sustain. but who needs sustain when ganking.2 -

You are a fool if you think they can ever balance this game...or any other for that matter. There will always be someone who makes a build that exploits one thing or another. The only way they will ever balance the game is to take away all skills and allow only sets with no bonuses in PvP...otherwise there will always be a build that exploits some skill or set. Nerfing Viper wont change anything. Selene isnt a problem...are you blind? Can you not see that giant green bear getting ready to claw you? Did you forget how to roll dodge? I could care less if they nerf Selene and Viper and all the other proc sets....I am just not stupid enough to think it will make any difference in PvP.
This - only way to starting fix pvp is deal with set bonuses. they release many new sets every patch = dont care about balance at pvpIrwen Vincinter - Nord - Dragonknight

First off, Zeni. You should not make such a vague statement. Improvements can mean differently from one person to another.
Nerfs to said sets? 'Improvement' to some. Buffs to the sets? 'Improvement' to others. FFS we get it, you are going to do touch ups on proc damage sets but please state whether it's going to be a nerf or a buff just so people can readjust their builds and not waste hefty amounts of gold and resources to gold out their armour sets.
You better clarify this sheet, ZoS.

Baconfat79✭✭✭✭I can't even venture a guess as to how this "improvement" will be implemented, but I have a strong feeling that it will be a drastic game-changer for PvP. I'm very excited about the prospect of making PvP more dependent on player skill rather than just being about having an OP gearset. Please don't let me down on this one, ZOS!1
