I have a full set of impen AP. Almost two. From farming both SotH HM dungeons for motifs since Homestead.

Your chances are much better with friends to trade. Plus when you finish a 20 minute run and not get the gear you want, a 30-50k motif page is a nice consolation prize.

But if you are just solo farming normal, where you come out empty handed 90% of the time, the of course you'll hate it.

The rng is so bad. I've been farming rattlecage and got one good drop in about 15 runs, and its wasn't even that good (a divines cuirass). One of my group members did manage to get a sharpened sword and gave it to me (God bless), buts the rng is so bad. All I ever get is training and prosperous.

I once got a powered BSW inferno from mobs and then right after that a sharpened resto from boss. RNG trolling at it's best. But I do have a sharp Amberplasm sword, 2 sets of jewelry and impenetrable for all armor slots. But I farmed that dungeon to exhaustion for the motifs, just after they came out. I was doing up to 10 vRoM/vCoS HM runs a day.

I have two sharpened BSW inferno staves, got them in back to back runs, wasn't even farming them, just did pledges xD

You can trade with the people in your group within 2 hours of pick up. Just ask them what they got. That's why it's better to run with friends you can trust.

I've said this before but NO RNG will probably ever be as bad as the BL2 Infinity.

Before they fixed it:

0.7% drop chance

And then there are 4 elements it comes in (Corrosive, Shock, Fire, or None)

And THEN there are 11 possible prefixes (For those that don't know Borderlands, the Prefix says something about a gun trait, like 'Righteous' prefix has improved accuracy, 'DVA' prefix fires two bullets per trigger pull in stead of one, and 'Purging' prefix gives increase to damage per bullet

Imagine trying to farm a Purging Infinity with corrosive trait....

Weapons are much harder to obtain than armor pieces in the right trait. Roughly 10x as hard.

You are doing it wrong! You have to NOT want the thing you're farming and then you'll be showering in it.

Tbh 55 runs is not that much but I would not mind if most of the gear was BoE.

This Spring i farmed COH every day for like 3 months trying to get a Lich Resto and never saw one.
... i stopped farming it about a month ago and then ran it the other day on my new Warden just running pledges.
checked my inventory later and there was a Lich Resto i didnt even otice i got one, lol.
