Suggested changes for PTS

This last PTS made one change that has long been overdue. Template characters had max CP.
Other changes need to occur to provide more data, get more players actually testing during the 5 weeks are as follow.
1. Put both PC servers on the PTS at the same time for the full duration. It is easy, code it so transferring accounts puts a tag on the end of the account name and character names so there is no duplication. The more players on the test server the more data. Extremely simple change. No reason to not do it. (Sorry consoles)
2. No more PTS under NDA. The game is out and there was no reason to keep us quiet and prevent us from streaming. A couple weeks ago an insightful player ( @code65536 ) noted that the devs gain much information about the PTS from watching streams. Watching the streams makes sense so devs see how players are dealing with the new content. They can see if it is working as intended. I have not heard Zos plans this for this DLC PTS, though it would be a hindrance if Zos plans to continue using an NDA for chapter PTS sessions.
3. The template characters need to be kept up to date. Not just once in awhile.
4. Gear needs to be more available. Setting up vendors, or even changing the existing vendors, so we can obtain any set in game would permit us to do proper testing. This probably requires the most work to setup. Of course, this would be less of an issue if all our characters were on the PTS for the full duration. Then it would be more the new sets we would need full access to.
5. Hold events, challenges to draw more interest to specific items to be tested. I think you have done this before, but it has been awhile. Chance to fight a dev team in BGs next time you add more BGs. That type of thing. Grant titles or pets to our live accounts for participating in a focus testing. Get creative.
Communicate more. Adding notes in the Patch Notes for some changes are a great start, but provide a little more feedback on points made overall. More communication is always good.
TL;DR
1. Copy all PC accounts to PTS for the full duration.
2. No more NDA on PTS, let streaming happen.
3. Keep PTS templates up to date for each PTS.
4. Make gear easier to obtain.
5. Get creative to get more players testing the new content on PTS.

5. It's not just testing content, it's testing changes to make sure they work. Some people prefer to just test the changes.

Very possible and the code needs to be setup only once. A tag placed at the end of account names and character names is all that is required to prevent duplication. _EU or _NA.
Many do not want to test with template characters. Partly due to the lack of gear. Having our characters on the PTS full time would alleviate that greatly.0
