Can I buy the ESO Plus subscription through Steam and use it on my non-Steam ESO account?

Elephant42✭✭✭✭Given the way that the Morrowind upgrade works when purchased from Steam, I suspect that you will NOT be able to do this.
The Morrowind upgrade will only work when logging in via Steam.
