✭✭✭2. Poor...I am disappointed with my bear and I really hope they fix it asap as I love him but currently has lil use for him in my gameplayI think that they way over hyped the bear and because of that, you almost couldn't help but be disappointed.
Look at the Morrowind trailer - then look at your sad ass bear.
Personally I was looking for a tank-like pet to compliment a medium squishy healer type. I did not get what I was expecting or hoping for at all.1 -

I agree that it is weak, especially for a double bar ultimate. You are right, I wouldn't be happy with it even without the trailer. But it was because of the trailer and my desire for a solid pet class ranger / healer type character that I have some salt on it.0 -

It's not the size of the bear that matters, it's how you use it!
I'm trying a stam archer warden and the bear has been quite complementary to that imo. But so far I'm just questing/wandering in Morrowind and taking in the story- for that type of solo play I have no complaints.0 -

For being an ultimate ability, sometimes it vanishes during a battle and I hardly see it do any damage. This shouldn't be an ultimate.0 -

✭5. Very happy ...no changes neededI like it. I hit the delayed-3 second bug AoE attack (forget the name) and send pet in (Yes you can command your pet) and start light attacking with my bow. bear gets first hit in and AoE goes off, I start using abilities. Bear has no issues holding agro for me.
I also like the fact when you're doing events that have waves of combat, the bear starts running in the direction of the spawns so I get an early indicator of where the mobs are spawning.1 -

Besides I can hit harder and control mobs without it.
ps:- It is ok for some tough bosses to tank with, but that is rarely needed.
