Can log into game and forums, unable to login to account

Hi I need some assistance please.

I can log into the game.
The forums recognises me, so I can post.

I wanted to contact support with a technical problem. I have the correct user name to log into my account.

My password is not recognised. I try to reset my password and my security question answer is rejected no matter how many combinations I use.

Therefore i cannot change my password and access my account.

Help please!

    What is happening is that your password is too long and is causing issues logging in to support:

    Log into your ESO account and change your password there, no need to reset it. After you successfully change your password, then try to log in to the support portal.

    Thanks for the tip, but it wont let me change my pword unless I answer the security question. And no matter how many combos I put in of what the answer could be it wont accept it, so I'm going around in circles.

    I know the answer to the security question but for some reason it wont take this either. Also my pword wasnt more than 20 characters anyway!!
