By priority I mean your short term goal to meet within the next few days. Many of the choices are directly related to each other, but choose your goal, not the means to reach your current goal. If one choice happens to weigh exactly the same as other(s), choose one anyway.
Edit: Crafting choice includes writs, farming/buying motifs and whatever else that you do to become that guy that knows all crafts. Just because you also do other things do not mean you aren't prioritizing crafting.

I had been concentrating on Motif-hunting. The problem is doing this can consume all your time for a very high chance at zero reward. Dailies take too long and daily coffers have appalling drop rates. Ra Gada drop rate make Daily rewards seem reasonable by comparison, a thing that shouldn't be possible. And Bouyant Armiger makes Ra Gada look common.
These drop rates are so cruel they ought to be against the Geneva Convention. It's miserable.
So I need something new to catch my interest. Except, my own determination (or is it stubbornness?) insists I've put too much time into these motifs to stop now. Somethings gotta give. It could be my enthusiasm for the game that gives. If so, it will be a terrible design decision that drove me away.
The really crazy thing is that ZOS was on record saying they recognized that motif collecting was a "pain point" before Bouyant Armiger came out. Lot of games implement this type of "collection" related "end game" content. It's really painful, I know, I've been there in the past. In ESO I've decided to skip that part of the content altogether. But i'm extremely bored of PvP gameplay, because it has barely changed since launch on console. You take the same routes all day long in Cyrodiil, same fights on Alessia bridge, same pillow fights between keeps. Nothing new or exciting. No world events in Cyrodiil, no world bosses added to defend home keeps, no re-design of Cyrodiil...
