Character slot purchase message misplaced after 3.0.10 patch

Today's patch notes included the following:
What ended up happening was that the message is now in the upper-left corner, colliding with other parts of the UI:
I think what was intended was a tweak of the spacing in the original position so that there won't be UI collision (and it does seem like the space on the right was increased), so I'm guessing that this is not intended...
