I think the amount of scrubs should be proportionally more or less equal between NA and EU. What you're seeing is mostly my opponents being surprised and/or underestimating a low cp player.
I am a very easy kill otherwise, since I'm form EU, my ping on NA is 200-300 pretty much all the time, so a well executed CC+burst combo on my head is usually enough to kill me before my stunbreak even registers (aka, I'm pretty much a scrub too).0 -
