How would I report a player for constant harassment

Said player has been harassing me constantly and trying to get my guild to remove me numerous times even though I outrank him. I've reported him numerous times in game but I feel like it's time to escalate this situation because it's starting to effect me in game and in the guild

Why not speak to guild master. Deal with it internally. Get him kicked / ignored if he's legit done something wrong?

I've tried that approach and he keeps getting invited to the guild and keeps doing the same things along with trying to scam members and he's also got a few accounts that he does the gold selling on.

If the issue is guild politics I doubt ZOS will step in, it's not their job to police how guilds are run or punish players for disputes that happen. For this you need to speak with your guild leader about finding a resolution to the problem.
This is also where both offending parties can act like grown ups and talk to one another to find a solution.

You will be able to report for harassment if they player has actively and constantly send you threatening, hateful, insulting, etc. messages. Just complaining about you or asking for you to be removed from a guild because they don't like you isn't harassment in the sense ZOS will act.

That all said, I am not a member of ZOS or customer support so they may take a different stance on it, but the above is what I would expect.

Seems to me you have done all you can but to be honest if the GM keeps allowing him back in then it might be time to find another guild.

Just /ignore them.

If the player keeps getting invited to said guild, then maybe you should just find a new one if it's causing that big of issue?

If not, keep him on ignore and if you're guildies are friends of yours they won't let the player's opinion of you sway theirs.

If they do, then you should probably look for better friends.

He has gotten into voice chat party's with me and threatened me and said hateful things about me, which is another issue but I figured that would be something zos wouldn't be able to resolve

There has been so much from this player that I can't deal with the constant harassment I'm actually considering going to the police because of the hateful and threatening statements that he has made against me in party chat/guild chat

If they're making threats over voice and you're on console you should be able to make a case.

Try talking to ZOS again in a calm way, let them know what's happening with just facts and information, don't try to make it seem like you're weighting it to you side of events.
You can also report them to Microsoft as threats will be against the XBox agreements as well.

If you feel your tickets are not getting anywhere, try sending Jessica or Gina a PM on here once again explaining the case as above, provide any ticket numbers and be patient, they get a lot of messages every day about such things.

Lastly you could again talk to your guild leader. If a member of their guild is actively making threats against another it's their job to sort that out. If they're not willing to do so consider leaving the guild and finding somewhere which is a less hostile gaming environment, not ideal to let the bully win but if it's better for your mental health over all you should always consider that route.

Report in game. Report on Xbox. Tell Guild (anyone with invite rights) the full story. Ignore / block him. Boot from any parties or find / create a new guild.

Get screenshots of any text abuse as that you can pass to support. and mud ball him 24/7

Didnt they make so if you cant see what hes typing in guild chats as well if hes on ignore, yeah sure he can still talk about you. But if you cant see it, then he will probably stop, since if you dont react to it, it wont continue.

Im not excusing hes behavior, 2 sides of each story always, just dont take the bait, if zos feels the harassment aint valid enough for a ban

I understand perfect, hes bothering you somehow with words, and as long as you can see them, you will be bothered, so put him on your ignore list, whats said in guild chats is mostly up to guild politics and whats allowed and not. Zos dont deal with that so much, if anything.

No most of what's going on is over voice chat in the guild sanctioned voice chat channels, or in Xbox live party's where he has members invite me so he can harass me

If many people in this guild are being harassed by this player, they could just leave and make another guild, if gm doesnt want to take care of the issue.
Take screenshots of his text messages and report him on Xbox and ingame.

I would leave the guild, as your GM is obviously not doing his job. There are plenty of other guilds out there, with nice people and far better run. Don't make a fuss over it....just quietly tell your GM and go.

Put him on ignore, and if you find yourself in any voice comms/live party at the same time as him, simply leave immediately without getting involved in any 'conversations'.

It's really not difficult, you just need to put yourself out of his reach, and he'll soon get bored with not having a victim to harrass. Move on from this situation, and make yourself a new gaming life with other people.

Yep as others have said, you need to report it through xbox live as well, as it is over voice chat. Harassment of any kind is not acceptable and is bannable. You just need to make sure you get yourself heard. Again, in the mean time, mute him/ ignore him, you do not have to listen to the abuse, and please try not to let it get to you, it will stop eventually!

I hope one of the forum mods can PM you or help push the case further, as it sounds like this has been happening to you for way too long.

If other members of the guild are baiting you into voice chat, I think you should really consider leaving that guild

make sure you report all of this to Microsoft and be done with it. Stay out of the guild voice chat at all costs if it continues to happen. If your guild master has done nothing to help solve the problem, then he is not worthy of having you in the guild at all.
There's SO many guilds out there and I'm certain you'll be able to pick a new one up that can easily replace this one.

But as others have said, all you can do at this point is ignore/continue to report/ leave the guild entirely.
I'm sorry this is happening to you and I do hope your issue gets resolved!
