WIndows Client Better Than OSX?

I've heard this before, that the game, especially in pvp, just function better on windows. Is there truth to this? I like to game but I need a Mac for work. Buying a decent windows machine isn't beyond my means, is it really worth it?

I have both installed on my MacBook and would be wondering whether or not it'd be worth downloading ESO on Windows 10 and uninstalling it from my OS X partition.0
