At 7/8 characters after deleting a character - but have no option to make a new character.

Is this a known bug? ZoS need your reply please to this one. Do NOT ignore. I've tried everything (including deleting application data and restarts).

✭No response at all?? Come on!! Surely I can't be alone with this problem. If I deleted the other 7 would that mean I'd no longer be able to play because I can't create a character????? WTH????
