Ebon Armoury still bugged on bar swap

Can someone check to see if the Ebon Armoury bar swap bug is still there? I was tanking a normal trial tonight and noticed the health drop on bar swap which was supposed to be fixed in Homestead (double checked and it is in patch notes.)

I can't believe this still isn't fixed.

The health doesn't drop for the wearer, but every other player in the group loses the 5th set bonus for a split second every time I bar swap.

Must be XBOX thing cause I run ebon at all times and I don't see that at all on PC.
