cannot fathom the one I am missing is there a tutorial shard I am missing?
I got the final skill point at 398, so the final one would not yield a full point anyway but still.
checked all my achievements and checked my skyshard map and I seem to have them all but I'm still missing 1?
anyone have any clues?

No. New characters made in Morrowind (not just wardens) get a skillpoint that existing characters are locked out of, but it's not a skyshard.5 -

Uh... 398 divided by 3 is 132 2/3. Skyshard #399 will give you a skillpoint (your 133rd to be precise). So, something weird is going on here.Edited by starkerealm on June 12, 2017 11:11PM2 -

Reload your UI. The skyshard count from that addon does not update correctly when you get the last skyshard needed for an achievement. Relogging, reloading UI, or getting another shard (which in this case is inapplicable) will fix the count.Nightfighters ― PC/NA and PC/EU

drumbendrum_ESO✭✭✭I think also if you skip the prison scene at the start with other characters you will miss a skyshard so for those trying to get that achievement on mulitiple characters will have to not skip the starting quest.0 -

No you don't, I've made 8 alts and skipped 6 out 8 tutorial quests, I had the skyshard every time.1 -

There is one you pickup when rescuing valen when lyris sacrifices herself i think. In the tutorial. Valen summons it for you to absorb right before you port out to the harborage from memory. That might be the one?0 -

You get 3 skill points out of the Morrowind tutorial: two for level ups, one for completing Broken Bonds. Pre-Morrowind characters get 3 tutorial points as well. However, they can't access the new Morrowind tutorial and as a result miss out on the point received from Broken Bonds. Only 3 points in total instead of 4.2 -
