Own Morrowind Digital Upgrade, but can't access content on NA Server (works on EU server)!

So I bought the Morrowind Digital Upgrade, however I have noticed some major issues.

I went to start a new warden and everything started out fine.

I got the load screen for Vollenfell, but was immediately ported straight to Stormhaven.

When I went to try and port to the Morrowind wayshine, I got a message that I did not own the chapter.

I also don't have access to Battlegrounds.

When I click on the link in the above picture, it takes me to the ESO Store: Morrowind Digital Upgrade page. Instead of showing a link to purchase, It says "You do not qualify for this Product!"

I also noticed that I have complete access to Morrowwind on the EU Server. So the problem seems to be only affecting the NA server.

Some people suggested that you have to buy a copy of morrowind for each server, the same as you do stuff out of the crown store.

ZOS customer service is also still sending out the wrong information that you have to buy multiple copies of morrowind to play it on both the EU and NA PC servers.

I understand that you are contacting us today regarding a concern with not being able to play your Morrowind expansion on both servers.

Please be aware that crown store purchases are server specific. As such, upgrades such as the Morrowind upgrade or the DLC game packs are server specific as well. In order to play the content on both servers, you must purchase the content on both servers.

Support is incorrect. Crown Store items are server-specific. But Morrowind isn't Crown Store. It's definitely cross-server. You just need to escalate the ticket to someone higher up, I suspect.

Been escalating a ticket since launch day 6/6...

First I had to provide proof I had an account.

Then I had to provide proof I bought the expansion.

Then I had to go through emails from 6 different people telling me to do different stuff to my computer (turn of addons, repair client, make sure I was on PC, make sure I didn't buy a steam key, ect.)

Then I got the ticket escalated, didn't get an email for 2 days.

Finally, get an email from my escalated ticket misinforming me that I have to purchase a second copy of the chapter.

maybe I will be lucky and they will have battlegrounds and groupfinder fixed by the time I can access the content I bought!

Been a week since purchase and have not been able to access the new content.

Ticket has been escalated, but the only response I have gotten from customer service for the past 4 days is 2 surveys.

As stated above, I have access to Morrowind on the EU server, but not the NA server.

All my characters and crown store purchases are on the NA server.

I have access to NA but not on EU so i feel your pain. Support told to go outside and play hide because i bought a code from g2a with the expansion. Best thing they did is cure my wallet of eso. Not a dime was spent since then.
