I can't believe you think you could. Most games with NA and EU servers are not compatible. You can't play wow (OMG i said it) on EU and NA servers or other games. Different hardware and often software etc........

Everyone please stop freaking out before the game has even launched lol. It's NOT 1 purchase per server, it's per ACCOUNT (only differs with XBOX and PS). Use some *** common sense people. If it was per server the website would have to let you pick.

It's like Imperial Edition in the past or Tamriel Unlimited expanded version. You buy it online and those bonuses applied to both EU and NA.

    From a support answer email:

"If you want the morrowind dlc for multiple servers, you have to purchase it multiple times. I realize this isn't the answer you wanted, and I hope this doesn't sour your experience with the game. If you have any other issues, please let us know. We want to help.

Thank you for your continued interest and support. Have a good one.

Yep. They told me you have to pay the full price TWICE, like crown store DLC, if you have friends on both servers. This is where I cancel my sub and go elsewhere.

Don't worry, in FF14 you can access the other DataCenters (they house the servers) with the service account you have keys registered to and play with other regions if you like (not sure I would recommend it though unless they're some really good friends although I did play L4D2 on many steam groups with euro hosted servers and did fine in orange ping so it's worth a go).

Just to clarify things, the morrowind expansion is applied to your game account and will work for both the EU and NA Megaservers. If you want to play on both the PC and a Console you will need a second copy of morrowind for the second platform.

Yes you can, you just go into settings on the battle.net launcher and change server, easy as that.

WoW has always had that ability. I used to play on EU while NA was down. But man, the fanboys will defend absolutely everything regardless it seems.

The problem - at least for me - is that the information given by official sources regarding products they sell is misleading at best. I myself bought the dlc-pack for 5500 crowns accidently on the NA-server because i did not know better. I thought it would apply to both servers like my adventure-edition, eso+ and the crowns i bought. I even looked it up in the ingame help to crown-store/dlc:
"All downloadable content (DLC) is available for purchase through the crown-store. Once purchased, paid-for downloadable content will be accessible for all characters on your account forever."
    or crown-store/upgrades:
"Account upgrades will always apply to your entire account."

Does this sound like a correct information?

Needless to say that there was no way i could persuade the Support to switch (not double) the acces to my main server EU - they would do so only in countries like Australia where laws bind them to do so....

to play wow on NA you will need a subscription on NA and purchase of the NA edition, and same with EU. if you want to play on both you need 2 subs and 2 game purchases.

Changing the region in the blizzard app (before you login) will only change your friend list.

No you don't. I play on both, I only have one subscription.

Although saying that, I've never played a character over 20 on the US servers, so I might be on endless trial or whatever they call it.

Either way we weren't talking about subscriptions, you stated that you needed different software, which is not the case, you play both servers using the same client.

The Crowns are purchased for the game account, so yes, they are available from both NA and EU servers. What you buy with the Crowns is locked to the server you were on when you bought them. This includes DLC, mounts, pets, costumes, etc. Does not include Morrowind.

    Hi there,

Thank you for contacting The Elder Scrolls Online customer support team!

I understand that you are contacting us today regarding a concern with not being able to play your Morrowind expansion on both servers.

Please be aware that crown store purchases are server specific. As such, upgrades such as the Morrowind upgrade or the DLC game packs are server specific as well. In order to play the content on both servers, you must purchase the content on both servers.

Thank you for your continued interest and support! Be sure to let us know if you have any additional questions or concerns!

    Best Regards,
    Rochelle

I bought the morrowind digital upgrade. I am able to create a warden and play the morrowind content on the EU server.

On the NA server, I am able to create a warden, but I am not able to access the morrowind content.

Is anyone who's actually played this game before morrowind surprised at all by this type of behavior from ZoS? I'm certainly not.
