From a support answer email:
"If you want the morrowind dlc for multiple servers, you have to purchase it multiple times. I realize this isn't the answer you wanted, and I hope this doesn't sour your experience with the game. If you have any other issues, please let us know. We want to help.
Thank you for your continued interest and support. Have a good one.

Yep. They told me you have to pay the full price TWICE, like crown store DLC, if you have friends on both servers. This is where I cancel my sub and go elsewhere.

Whats the problem ? geez BYE
WoW has always had that ability. I used to play on EU while NA was down. But man, the fanboys will defend absolutely everything regardless it seems.

Yes you can, you just go into settings on the battle.net launcher and change server, easy as that.
to play wow on NA you will need a subscription on NA and purchase of the NA edition, and same with EU
