✭✭✭✭✭http://tamrielfoundry.com/forums/ scroll down to the class you are interested in. Look for builds that are both updated for Morrowind and actually demonstrate they do decent DPS. Have to watch out since some post their warm fuzzy thoughts on what a good build is.
I linked that since their forums are better organized for posting and finding builds. Also, many of the good theorycrafters also provide ideas for gear when the player does not have BiS.0 -
