What an utter train wreck; particularly, for stam toons. Hardy, Elemental, Mighty, etc., down from 25% to 15%.. just to spit out a few of the many nerfing. Yet, with the new nerfed cp factoring, am lucky to get 14%. All things toons are nerfed to shriveled pickles, yet, all bosses' game have been upped. Would be interesting and more enjoyable if nothing were nerfed, with this current addition of new tactics and skills for bosses and adds. Even though my toons are maxed out, I'm still being eaten up alive by lowly adds at dolmens and world bosses, etc. Ha ha. Haaa, no more soloing world bosses. No more feeling godlike or powerful, and gone were the days of pillaging through Tamriel and destroying everything in my wake. Whatever.. still trying hard to enjoy this game. Can't even think about getting into Warden or Vvardenfell, since all other toons are going backwards. Seems really ZOS/dev are on the bad guys side and don't want us good guys/toons to win in ESO. I wonder how far I can toss this game..
However, hope you all others are enjoying Morrowind and Wardens. Cool new skills with the Wardens, but they don't seem all that tough. Battle bear is allright.. but would it be cooler to have a battle mammoth? or a mammoth mount? Hmmm

"All the bosses game have been upped" yet somehow groups are still clearing vMoL and other trials. I have not noticed any changes with previously existing bosses other than my dps is slightly lower.
Maybe OP should spend a bit more time before offering his hasty review.

Which ES game is this? Is it one?

Yeah this is one (actually its two); you can download it for free off the Bethesda website: https://elderscrolls.bethesda.net/arena/
You will need an emulator to run it; but that is easy too.
Dear console users,
It will be okay. We were there not too long ago. As your PC Masters we even have written guides for resource management and cp allocation. So we whip you back into shape, so after you will be pleased. This is a for the better.
