    Light attack with 14.XX% bonus.

Light attack with next 14.XX% bonus.

    Light attack with 15.XX% bonus.

Check if the first two values are the same.

It's called rounding down. What really pisses me off it's that there's actually no direct indication in game that it occurs. It would have been more honest to update the numbers in the CP screen accordingly. For example having 14 turn into 15 after 4 clicks instead of showing the unused digits.

Got me curious. Has anyone actually tried? On the real live server not buggy free PTS. I've a few more toons to log on and test things out on later. Be nice to know beforehand. Still curious about that whole Master at arms direct damage thing too.

I just wish the community hadn't used the more marketable "Jump Points" language, going instead for a more descriptive name. Like Wrobel Wrounding. Or Calculation *** Ups.

Save Jump Points for describing travel in Guardians of the Galaxy.

    @Kammakazi

It's not rounded at all. That's the point of those topics. What counts is the actual whole % and it's always been that way.

The difference now is to reach those whole % different amounts of points apply. So the only change is that 75 points prior to the changes gives a different % after. Same for any other increments of points prior vs current.

You test it like everyone else did. Does your damage go up when you add .5% or not? does your recovery go up?
Making forum posts doesn't help the fact that many people have tested this including the best minds of ESO like Paulsimon, Alcast, Gil, and Woeler.

It isn't really "rounding down". If you are at 12.98, you are still on the 12th level. You haven't reached 13 yet.

I have no idea why they would do it that way. If you show 12.98, then just keep the fraction. Instead of the decimal, say # additional CP needed for next level.

It's been that way tho. I think ppl are just now being made aware cause of the changes. Notice the old builds.

If jump points are a myth then 14.01% and 14.99% wouldn't have the same impact. If they're real there will be no difference.

You willing to bet a 1/3rd of your CP's on it not being true?

Because 10 lost here and 10 lost there add up really quickly.
Just because you don't like the way something is doesn't necessarily make it wrong...

Been what way? My point is if you show the decimal place, use it in the math. If you don't use it in the math, don't show the decimal.
