You can burn those points and get that extra 1%, but how many are really going to be capping out their DPS that closely that you'll even notice a difference, vs the 10% in three other places you could have had?

The way everything is loaded now, it's prolly not wise to ever put anything to 100 again.
75 would probably even be pushing it for the limited return gained.
ZOS certainly wants us to diversify and I think they've found a way to make it happen!

Break Free, Roll Dodge, Sneak, Bashing, Blocking... even if you're not a tank, those are things you'll do from time to time, and making them cheaper, when the alternative is barely noticeable? Yeah, that's a win.
