Then why do a lot of Morrowind builds I've searched for spec 100 in in it, on deltia and alcast sites for example?
Because min/max is min/max and it makes the build straightforward and simple.

Realistically, for most people though, you'll get more benefit from about half that and spreading the remaining points around in some of the previously less used stars.

That was part of the reason they changed to front loading so many of them.

You can burn those points and get that extra 1%, but how many are really going to be capping out their DPS that closely that you'll even notice a difference, vs the 10% in three other places you could have had?

Wel the thing is not that you won't really notice the extra 1% but that there is nothing else really to put points in thats needed in pve.

Break Free, Roll Dodge, Sneak, Bashing, Blocking... even if you're not a tank, those are things you'll do from time to time, and making them cheaper, when the alternative is barely noticeable? Yeah, that's a win.

The way everything is loaded now, it's prolly not wise to ever put anything to 100 again.

75 would probably even be pushing it for the limited return gained.

ZOS certainly wants us to diversify and I think they've found a way to make it happen!

It may be diversifying, but it is also making everyone more similar.

Yes I've spent 100 points in Tenacity because where else (from a pure PvE perfective) I'm I supposed to place the points ? The whole green tree is predominantly PvP oriented .... Maybe Break Free cost.

    Yea same here for PvE.

On my dps and healers i go 100p tenasity and 100p arcanist cause in pve there is very little else to put points in for those trees. so while some say you are wasting points, i would say where else should i put it? Almost every dps i know that does pve goes with the same set up.

As I said in a comment before breakfree and blocking maybe but you barley do that on a mag char so you can get away with only having 10 points for those.
As I also said for stamina its worth having more points for those and also maybe dodge rolling since you dont have shields. For stam 75 reg 75 tenacity is better probs.

I have 32 points, which gives me 50% of the Max. Good enough.

On 15% trees that are stamina or mag oriented, you can get 13%of your main stat and 6%of your off stat of you spread the cp. 64 and 36 out 66 and 34 i forget.
