Would you like to see a mobile Major Maim? Would you like Major Defile to be effectively added to DKs' Chain pull? And do you really want to remove counterplay from Bats? I don't think any of those ults should be given Eye of the Storm-style player-following morphs. Stationary ults require careful planning, skillful execution, and encourage coordinated team play. (And by that I mean actual coordination, not just 12 people using the same skill.) But then again, I don't think Eye of the Storm should exist either. You've identified a real problem, but like many problems in PVP, the solution is to delete Eye of the Storm.

The cost is simply outrageous compared to better skills like EoTS or batswarm. I really think zos should revisit these neglected ults and change the cost. I would very much like to see more variety out there on the battle field. Any thoughts to add?

I can't remember the last time I saw either of those ults in PvP. DKs almost universally use leap, and Templars use anything but nova. Dawnbreaker, shalk + light's champion, etc.
Which brings up the point of how good the resto staff ultis are.
