If you are willing to disclose the names you wanted but were already taken post here! Maybe exclude your absolute favorite ones if you want to save them for future gaming though.

Monad: Character from Ergo Proxy anime. Always thought she was hot. I won't use her name again in the future so that's why I'm willing to disclose it.

I'll post more I'm willing to part with when I think of them..

You're lucky. I got none of the names I wanted, so I ended up making up new names =/ I'm decent at making unique names from scratch though and they turned out okay. I still am missing my favorite name though.

I just give them last names in that case. One was Maren for a female character. Simple names are usually always taken. In this game with the three-part-names I can see why some are gone there as well. Was Stands-in-crimson gone as well?

well while it wasn't taken the name "enigma" that I wanted is apparently an invalid name, I even tried different variations of it and every time all I got was "invalid name"

I started to play with the DB patch so most of the simple names were taken. My Oblivion / Skyrim character has always been named Aurora (not my real name, I just really like it). It was obviously taken. So I added Arrowsong, which was the name of the bow I used in Oblivion (it's a mod bow with a very cool name). So yeah Aurora Arrowsong is not that bad! Wish I could be only Aurora though.
