    So ZOS wants everyone to be stamina with all those bashes, blocks and dodges? Seems unlikely... and doesn't match Skyrim at all.
    Go ahead and play Skyrim...
    If you're playing as a caster, you definitely don't do any light or heavy attacks unless you dual wield a weapon with your spell.

    Exactly my point. Not everyone played Skyrim as a "stamina" character. And not everyone plays ESO as a stamina character where they have enough resources for frequent bashes, blocks and dodges.
    @NBrookus
    And I agree with you hence why I put forth both spectrums of combat in my case.
    I know I said that you don't actually light and/or heavy attacks with spells but, do consider the case where even if you dual wield spells or equip one-handed spell in Skyrim, you can still do 'light attacks' and 'fully-charged heavy attack' with those spells at the cost of consuming magicka.
    This is partly true to 'stamina' builds where only heavy attacking would consume stamina.

    The fact remains that you'd still do 'light' and 'heavy' attacks as a caster in Skyrim, similar (if not identical) to a 'warrior'. The combat mechanics between a 'stamina' and 'magicka' builds are innately the same.
    My point is, Skyrim and other previous single-player ES titles' combat revolve mostly around light and heavy attacks.

    I'm not saying ZoS will evolve the game like how I see it, I'm simply stating my gut-feelings that with all the nerfs and 'balance' that's been going on, basic attacks would play a more important role in this game compared to previously.

    It's funny.. That you people have so much trust in the KIDS who create this ***.. Oblivion damage was a pure tactic to punish shield stacker's, but manifested into a clear exploit... I know that there's a lot out there that don't want to admit that they're "not that good" because the devs gave them something to make them feel good... lol.. But when they add something that's purely punishing; example ( Knight slayer + Shield Breaker )... I know, It's hard to believe............ lol. They're kids!!! They know nothing when it comes to balance and neither do you.. You can't separate PvP from PvE and expect balance. THERE'S NO BALANCE FROM HERE!!! I'm sorry if you have some expectations, but these Zos people killed it...........Move on.. LMFAO
