Would you like to have ONE global guild vendor for all the guilds ? (not 1 vendor for each guild)

There is an addon which works like a global store (sorry, won't advertise it). The result? Prices of rare items increased up to 10x. I was looking for a motif, which normally costs around 10k (price from BEFORE the festivals, so not a seasonal decrease). Somebody put it in a guild store for 20k, what is already twice the value suggested by Master Merchant. 10 min later the motif was bought and re-appeared in Belkarth... for 40k.
Is this what you want? Because this is what the big whale trading guilds do now: keep the addon open and look for best prices, then re-selling the items for 500% more.
When I open the tab with blue, purple and gold recipes it's all red (meaning the items are overpriced). 100, 200, 500% more than before NLF (I have data from last 200+ days).

The most relevant point out here. Thank you.

Even tho, I disagree about one point. It might be only concerning a part of the community at the moment, but it's already there with all the addons.

Understood, but it is already happening as you have stated.

The difference is it wouldn't be limited to the "big trading guilds". This isn't a huge deal for me because for the most part I treat this as a single player game - in part due to this but more due to the awkwardness of guild/social interaction on the consoles.

Hey, I'm happy for everyone that it adds flair to, so the best option would be to have both. The central trader that offers everything will be next to a special trade waypoint - so everyone that does not want to use it won't have to see him and can still run around and visit every other trader.

I agree, but it is actually what the big guilds do, not the "casuals". First, all the re-sales I've seen are made by Belkarth, Rawl'kha, Elden Root and Wayrest moguls. They play to make money, not to enjoy the game itself, so their "game" is trading (no offence intended, just a fact). Besides, they need absurd money to play another mini-game: outbid others to get the best spot.
As a "casual", I don't have the time, the resources or the will to run back and forth and play a speculator. I just want to sell/buy for a fair price, and that is what Master Merchant helps me with. That "global" addon just ruined the market for me.

You have no understanding here then
All your posts are listed in the datatable. Every guild store has it's own datatable for listings
They would need to make one global datable, so users wouldn't even noticed any changes.

Another point, that this table will be very big and, probably, their engine can't handle with such big tables. Then, probably, they need to work on this. Anyway, another games can do this, so ZOS would able too, if they wish..

    Yep...
    Current trading system is terrible.
It is too "elite", closed system with the same trading guilds taking up the same spots over and over again. In other words bids on most vendor NPCs are simply rigged.

And the most terrible part about this system is this: most of people do not even know how this system works.. all they can do is spam "WTS : xyz" on zone chat and hope for the best.... :*

    OTHER:
Only one such NPCs in the game might cause a zone to crash because of all players being there...
How about 3 NPCs (one per faction / alliance) that will house all small guilds / solo players and items they are selling ?
And of course with proper limits like 1 - 2 items per week you can sell....

Btw. The poll results are meaningless and Zos understands forum polls are for entertainment value only. The sampling is the reason, well, and the poorly written poll.

Has nothing to do with lazy. Has EVERYTHING to do with having a four hour day to play, and spending 3-4 of that trying to sort through every trader to find a single chapter of a single motif, for the best price. That is NEVER a good idea. Developers should want players to have fun playing, not spending, literally, all of their time battling a horrible game system.

I love how some players equate having a singular trader to having dragons and other ridiculous ideas. Just because we want a way to not have to bash our heads against a brick wall over and over doesn't mean we want crazy crap. As for the next part, we play the game because we like THIS game. That doesn't mean we love every single aspect. If you do, that's awesome, but pretty sure that 99.999% of players all have something about the game they don't like, and most have things they find downright irritating or frustrating.

Should we tell them to go find another game just because they think Trials are boring, or that RNG is crap, or PVP isn't balanced well... I mean, because we all know that every MMO is Elder Scrolls, and they did the stuff like we want it... oh, wait, no, they aren't. Just because they have those few things done right, doesn't make it the game we want to play. We're attempting to get aspects fixed that drive us nuts, and make no sense.

My point is, that it would take a change to the game's base code. This has been stated time and time again. So through comparing it to other things that would require as much work, I am pointing out they are just as fanciful as dragons. No you don't need to like everything in the game. I certainly do not. However, there is enough information in the forums to know what things have absolutely no hope of ever changing, yet people beat the ever loving *** out of these dead horses.

This is the most rewarding economic system I've ever seen in an mmo. Everyone knows global AH's are junk item dumps for lazy players and no one can touch the few rare items made unaffordable by bots. I'll post this each day some lazy WoW scrub makes a new thread. Ty for guild traders ZoS, may they remain forever.
