@ZOS_JasonL, this is my report. Goes from about 350kb/s all the way down to 10kb/s with no reason why for the change. Sitting at 320kb/s right now. Started at about 1700 (5PM) last night when I got home from work and I let it run over night and it went from 22GB to sitting at 10GB with 12% complete in this 24ish (1600 right now) hour period.

Was able to download all 3 seasons of Game of Thrones (like 8GB I think) the night before in the same amount of time it took for me and my wife to go out to dinner and see a movie (3-4 hours) running at about 2.5MB/s on a torrent site. I don't think its my computer because I never have trouble DL stuff outside of this.

You will hit a 2000 MB Patch that will take awhile towards the end that is where I had problems, if any issues arise in it let me know via PM or tag me I have successfully been playing for the last 3 hours with no issues at all.

@ThaneIndoril Uninstall Adobe Flash Player (All Adobe Flash Player Files) from your computer, restart and then redownload Adobe Flash Player. There is a Cinematic Trailer before the Character Creation Screen people during beta reported that they had that problem and reinstalling Adobe Flash Player fixed it. Worth a shot. Chances are the Cinematic Trailer uses a Flash Player based playback system and your stuck loading because the file can't play.
