I am trying to get back into the game after a few months away. I keep resetting my password but still cant login to the game. I don't remember my secret word.

In their own wisdom albeit borderline stupidity for everyone else they have made changes to the way you contact them.
Choose the platform then you an select from a choice :
Cannot log in, Technical Support, In-game support, Billing, Account.
The others are not appropriate apart from account that will give you 5 options
I want to change my user id
I want to change my email
I need help with a forum account
My account has been hacked
My friends account has been hacked
The above works for the forums. So I can post. It doesn't work for the game. I have done it 5 times now. Each time new password, and can log into the forums.....but never the game.
I thought I was blind not being able to see how to contact them. Oh well, might be an omen or something telling me to save my cash.
