In their own wisdom albeit borderline stupidity for everyone else they have made changes to the way you contact them.
Choose the platform then you an select from a choice :
Cannot log in, Technical Support, In-game support, Billing, Account.
The first option takes you to the one you can directly access before the multiple choice which is the first option above.

The others are not appropriate apart from account that will give you 5 options

I thought I was blind not being able to see how to contact them. Oh well, might be an omen or something telling me to save my cash.0
