Just the tip of the iceberg is what I'll be going over.
-PvE sustain is gone, you ruined it, all for what? PvP there is only 1 CP camp now so there was no point in even changing CP. Revert it back, and turn the trees back, no one likes it and anyone who does, I'd like to hear why.
-PvP CP or not, proc. sets and poision is the issue, CP was/is a very very small factor, I personally like non-cp pvp but if youre going to make most pvp non-cp then leave CP alone for PvE

In all I read the patch notes I see why you changed the CP/Sustain but it favors no one, if you wanted people to give up you did it, I won't be cause I love elder scrolls, but seeing people be driven away due to a change no one wanted or needed was a poor choice. You wanted people to worry and choose between max damage or sustain but this is more than that, to even be competitive now is hard, even on my mag dk wearing seducers I'm having ussues with sustain, ues mag dk is a bad example with high cost but just saying, its no better on the other classes from what I have heard and seen.

In all ZoS I highly reccomend you look at what everyone said in PTS, you blatantly ignored everything people said, unless it had to do with the crown store or a quest you didnt bother seeing ehat anyone had to say about the this CP - Sustain change, hearing my friend be bummed out over it all takes away any fun from this update, I love elder scrolls & Been loving vvardenfell, but game play has now taken a horrible hit.

If anyone has any thing else to add please post it here. I jsut wanted to go over what I thought was the WORST of everything, without going deeper into pvp/pve/class issues.

Well, the real release is soon, it have enough time to get so much negative response to drive away the late comers or force ZoS to rethink this awful decisions :)
I understand and agree that resources were easy to acquire before 3.0, but no need to completely kill it in the next patch.

Dunno for whom these changes were good. They came to fix the invulnerable builds in cp campaigns, but damn it wasn't all that bad that required to TOTALLY change the game. Most players encounter these builds only on youtube videos. For most players game was complicated enough before, now it's a struggle for newcomers and a pita for old players.

Personally I'm happy it happened, saved me a good amount of money as I was planning to sub if they improve the game in 14 patch. But right now the game is a sad piece of garbage. PvE ruined, players devided even more. Now there's not enough players for the new content nor there's left enough for old. Houses still useless, group finder still broken. I played only 1 hour and already ran into a new bug in vICP that made the dungeon unplayable. Good job, ZoS.

I for one am not impressed by this patch. They refused to listen to us on PTS which doesn't surprise me one bit but holy hell, when will @zos get there heads out of their ass's and realize that when players state what the changes they did are bad and so forth it literally means don't do it. Smh. /facepalm

I have seen this happen over and over. So many MMO's fall for this. Yes, WoW, looking at you.

Why? Part of it is YOUR fault.

Go look on the forums and character builds and what do you see? 90% are PVP complaints.

So developers fix PVP but it hurts PVE.

Over and over again. When will this cycle end?

I do rather like it. The idea, the end result anyway. I'd probably have gone about making changes to sustain a little differently myself, but I am not the one working on it.

All in all, outside of two very specific types of content, difficulty in this game was non existent. Since the introduction of the Champion Point system power creep has been gradually increasing to the point that even I, a non theory crafter, non minmaxer, maybe slightly above average player could solo some vet dungeons.

Quest content, pledge dungeons in general, etc are by and large ridiculously easy.

There was a time when managing resources meant something. It was something you had to pay attention to. Over time this diminished.

Me? I'm glad I have to pay attention now. Now I'm actually playing the game and there's some semblance of challenge and decision making regarding when and how to use attacks and abilities. The previous build was a mindless muscle memory rotation for the win.

There's people saying it does not effect them at all in PVE . The problem is the wide gap in experience . For some players these changes are a real issue for others , not much at all . I just hope when they do more fine tuning they don't take the heavy handed approach any more and consider all experience levels .

I actually cancelled my sub because of these changes. So yea, they did it. I'm still playing, because my sub expires in October and I also bought the expansion. There's still hope ... maybe they will make the game playable again and I'll resub.

For now I'm having my share of frustration with my Warden tank ... Not setting foot in pvp in eso. For pvp I have wow. ESO was for pve ... until they wanna make it pvp ... then I'll quit ESO for good.

People don't want to face the truth, but these changes to sustain were needed...

Characters could be far too powerful with things as they were; this resulted in meta-humans rampaging PvP and very little challenge in PvE (for the most part)...

Now the game requires more than just muscle memory...

I commend the Devs for having the balls to make the unpopular correct decision for the game...

I like the idea they were going after, but wish they did it through buffs and mechanics, not nerfs. For instance, add debuffs for bosses that requires the group to do something to avoid or mitigate (think giant red circle with nowhere to run that saps your resources). For PvP, they could have adjusted other skills to make it easier to counter troll builds without making someone dedicate their build to it.

Why do so many people cry about 'nerfs!?'

Every single major MMO features them...

The only things that can be considered not easy mode are vet dungeons, vet trials, and some world bosses that love to apply stun/fear mechanics. Give it time and you will see the same people soloing vet dungeons soloing vet dungeons again.

Overworld has generally been atrociously easy. Arguably easier now with front loaded cps. I can roll my face on the keyboard with a fresh changed over stamplar (from magplar) and overworld falls no problem.

Honestly what game are people playing?

PvP has always had a range of skilled players depending on how long a player has spent in PvP.

BG queue is the dungeon finder queue but now it has to find 3x4 man groups. this is 3^4 time harder.
Dungeon finder is not able to port a 4 player group to an an specified dungeon, something who would be the simplest task of all.

Grinding just make you go in circles.
Asking ZoS for nerfs is as stupid as asking for close air support from the death star.

I think sustain needed some tweaks. But they didn't tweak, they cut, slashed, beat the crap out of sustain then dropped a bomb on it. I main a stamblade and the changes to siphoning are aweful. I know it was op before but even if they dropped the return per light attack to half what it was it would have been infinitely better than the garbage we have now. Now we can either hit like a wet noodle or run out of resources after attacking 1 mob. Fun.
