Time to take out my frustration here. I've been trying to download ESO Morrowind for 2 days now. Is anyone else getting slow speeds? I've tried downloading at home, and at work which we have a 100 Mbps connection and it's still moving like molasses..

✭✭✭✭✭Exit the download and restart it, that can speed things up, if there is capacity to spare.
Also, make sure there are no background apps sucking up bandwidth, like spotify or anything that uses Internet running.
And, don't forget, the first day or two after a major expansion downloads are slower. I downloaded the entire game in less than 2 hours Friday Night, but to took about an hour to download the patch to my gaming laptop and PC Monday AM just after the servers came up

Reboot your router
Turn back on your machine.
Run Speedtest to see if your expected connection IS what you have for a connection.
Sounds like your router is taking the route thru Japan and then Hungary. That should make it find a better route.
That said, lots of people are downloading Update 14 and Morrowind right now, plus those who got corrupted installs and have to "Repair Game". Your case sounds extreme tho.Power level to CP160 in a week:
