So today, I heard about the early access and went to claim it. I followed the steps, linked a screenshot of the receipt and the game code and submitted it. Will I get an e-mail confirming it's success/denial, and how long will it take?

What edition of Elder Scrolls Online: Morrowind did you purchase, and was it a physical or digital version?

The form for early access should only be needed if you've purchased a physical edition of Morrowind.

How can I join the ESO: Morrowind “Early Access”?
    • “Early Access” will be automatically available to players who purchased the Digital Upgrade or Digital Collector’s Edition Upgrade versions of ESO: Morrowind for PC/Mac prior to launch.

Existing players who pre-purchase/pre-order the physical version of The Elder Scrolls Online: Morrowind Collector's Edition for PC/Mac can get access by logging into the ESO support website and filling out this form.

New players purchasing the full digital version of ESO: Morrowind, the regular physical edition, or any console version of the game will be able to play on June 6, 2017.

If you purchased a digital version through Steam, you may first need to get the game activated there.

Where is my code to activate my Elder Scrolls Online account when I purchase the game on Steam?

We have made some changes in how the game is accessed through Steam, and a code is no longer required to activate your account through The Elder Scrolls Online account website. Instead, you will be able to download the game directly and create your account through the Steam client. If you have already created an account on the website, you can link it to your Steam account with the instructions below:
    1. Log into Steam and click the Library button.
    2. Find The Elder Scrolls Online and select Play.
    3. If the game is not installed, you must select Install instead and allow it to complete.
    4. Allow the ESO Launcher to open and download and apply any required updates.
    5. Select Play to launch ESO.
    6. If launching the game for the first time, you will be prompted to link your Steam account to an existing ESO account or create a brand new ESO account.
    7. Select your Megaserver and log in!

Note: If your version of ESO was not purchased through Steam, you will not be able to link your Steam account to your existing ESO account without purchasing a new copy of the game on the Steam platform first.

    I have two accounts.

I pre-ordered Morrowind (so I could get the goodies) as a physical copy, but haven't gotten it yet. I don't have a code yet, so I can't show a screenshot of the code. And my husband ordered two copies for both of us, so we will both be uploading the same screenshot (shows two purchases).

I pre-ordered Morrowind on steam for the other account. It reads as "installed" when viewed from the steam site, but I still have no access when I go into game.

Now what can I do to make this work?

Edit: just went in again, launched from inside of steam....still no access.

Tenesi Faryon of Telvanni - Dunmer Sorceress who deliberately sought sacrifice into Cold Harbor to rescue her beloved.
Hisa Ni Caemaire - Altmer Sorceress, member of the Order Draconis and Adept of the House of Dibella.
Broken Branch Toothmaul - goblin (for my goblin characters, I use either orsimer or bosmer templates) Templar, member of the Order Draconis and persistently unskilled pickpocket
Mol gro Durga - Orsimer Socerer/Battlemage who died the first time when the Nibenay Valley chapterhouse of the Order Draconis was destroyed, then went back to Cold Harbor to rescue his second/partner who was still captive. He overestimated his resistance to the hopelessness of Oblivion, about to give up, and looked up to see the golden glow of atherius surrounding a beautiful young woman who extended her hand to him and said "I can help you". He carried Fianna Kingsley out of Cold Harbor on his shoulder. He carried Alvard Stower under one arm. He also irritated the Prophet who had intended the portal for only Mol and Lyris.

Order Draconis - well c'mon there has to be some explanation for all those dragon tattoos.
House of Dibella - If you have ever seen or read "Memoirs of a Geisha" that's just the beginning...
Nibenay Valley Chapterhouse - Where now stands only desolate ground and a dolmen there once was a thriving community supporting one of the major chapterhouses of the Order Draconis
