Vet dungeon bosses and potions, boss that everyone rooll dodges a different direction north east sou

every so often the boss pulls everyone in and if you dont break free in time and dont clear the dots it kills that person often resulting in whole team killing each person has to pick what direction each player will roll to before he pulls you forward and leaches.

now i was wondering if any of the potions could help you with bosses like this i

increase Movement Speed
Vanish

Blessed Thistle
Blue Entoloma
Namira’s Rot

Restore Health
Become immune to knockback and disabling effects
Vanish

or columbine things that disable cc effects wondered if any poitions like this or any other potins period?

there is also this i found Namira’s Rot (Spell Crit, Invisibility, Speed, Unstoppable) is a very useful ingredient for utility potions.

wondered if any of these would save a teams ass if they where passed out for certain points of the game

That boss is a bit of a nightmare (I probably hate that particular boss more than any other dungeon boss in the game), just you need to co-ordinate so that after you get pulled in you roll dodge out in the right direction (without any overlapping red otherwise you're up the proverbial creek). I'm not sure there's anything you can do in terms of potions to bypass that mechanic.

well can that mmechanic be cc blocked by a poition or also there are potions that disab;le control effects such as
Become immune to knockback and disabling effects

No potions. You have to roll dodge away from your other group members so that the red doesn't overlap or you will die. The only potion that might help you with this would be something that restores stamina and health, and that is only if you are out of stamina and can't roll dodge out of the way.

If 2 players stand far away they won't get pulled in which trivialises that fight as 2 players have a lot of space to roll around.

It's a good idea for each group member to have a predetermined direction to move in (eg. N, S , E & W). Been a while since I did it but what worked for me was when you get lifted up in the air, orientate the camera to a more overhead view, and then just move to where there is a gap in the red circles - no need to roll dodge.

Will try it next time I see that boss and feel my stomach lurch

Make yourself some nice overkill heal potions, drop a HoT and pick up your teammates every time. Also ensure you personally are nowhere near them angle-wise

(also, a fun-fact: If you dodgeroll with a jump timed at the end you will get slightly further before being stunned. Helpful for getting away from teammates in this)

Unless your going for the no death run let someone die and don't rez him/her. If all die but me I will just pick up the healer and fight from there on w/ just the 2 of us.

The true problem w/ that Boss is sometimes I can't see the damage (red) circle. The haze of where the damage circle is growing at is hard to see with out the marker.

Divide the room like a clock and fight/stand only at the multiples of 3. When you roll away only go clockwise one hour. I.E. 12 will only roll to 12-1:30, 3 will only roll in between 3-4:30 and so on.

None of the potions help. It is just work the mechanic. Once a group gets used to it the fight is fairly easy, except when it bugs out and that is a different story.

Pretty much my problem with it - I play fully zoomed out normally, but I go up to fight her and have a designated place to roll-dodge to, but my camera angle gets pulled in right to the back of my head when she does the pull in phase, and I can't see where I'm supposed to go - which is why I think the advice someone gave above to just go to camera as overhead as poss is probably the best thing. I have got through that boss btw, it's just a massive pita.

Instead of rolling away as soon as I am dropped I get right up in the bosses face and block. That seems to reduce the overlapping.

The pre-last boss in coh 2? She takes some getting used to. And no, no cc immunity or invisibility helps prevent the special mechanics bosses do.

Seems you've already been given some excellent tips so I'll just second them
1)Do it the "proper" way, assign everyone a direction(north/east/south/west) and have them roll there. You can also have one(but ONLY one) person stay in the middle, not dodging at all, this way his circle also won't overlap, but then if someone lags and doesn't roll too you get 2 dead bodies.
2)Do it the easy way, just send 1-3 people in. She's really easy aside from that mechanic and that mechanic gets easier the less people there are. If they're still in that same long room, but more than half of it away, they won't get pulled but will get loot even.

ok say where killing but im having to do all the dps and i need just a hair more to kill the boss whats the best magik damage poition or a mix of lowering there spell resistance with a mix ect best dmg potion?
