I know right. Somehow this is ok but to them it's Sorcs that are OP.
Haven't taken NBs serious on this forum since seeing all those threads. Finally someone shows which class is truly OP, and that all those complaining just need to L2P.
Wish my Sorc could do that much burst.

I think it's safe to say that when cloak didn't work, he died. And that is not the type of thing you put in a highlight video. I'm not saying cloak is bad, but I highly doubt that he just went out into Cyro and never got a broken cloak or had to at least play around it.
I hear you Leif, but he did manage to pull off multiple 1vX without cloak "breaking" once. It wasn't just one missed kill and a failed cloak escape attempt over and over like the nightblade forum warrior narrative here.
TLDR: Cloak usually works, it probably fails about as often as streak does (lol) with the same lethal consequences.
No because with maxed mighty+master at arms, hitting a target with maxed hardy+ironclad, you're hitting for 84% of base dmg.
Vs. mobs you do more dmg on pts. Vs. players with high/semi high cp, you actually do less.
How many players are maxing hardy + ironclad and putting 10 points into bastion, resistant, elemental defender? You're much more likely to run into players spreading between any number of the red stars to be prepared for open world scenario's they can't predict. So, maxing your damage star usually puts you above the defensive star's mitigation. ZOS's "balance" doesn't take into account you can specialize on offense, but not necessarily on defense. Adding a new star like this that affects so many skills is just going to increase the damage of those skills regardless of if they provide a counter.
True few people would max it. But with just 42 hardy and 56 ironclad (easily doable), you counter a full 100 points in mighty+ 100 in master at arms. (down to 100% of base dmg)
Putting 100/100 makes literally 0 sense when you can spread into crit damage too :P
What I'm trying to say is that against a decent CP enemy, your damage isn't buffed with morrowind......
The damage is buffed with morrowind - I have tested on and off with CP - a minmaxed build will be stronger, not weaker
