I can find the songs on youtube but I would really like to know who the artist is in the game.

Kahsa✭✭✭Maluka wrote most of the Inn folk songs with using the lyrics from in-game books, and she sings them for several of the Inns.
However, I believe the OP means the lute playing from the "Lute" emote. The game credits and the complete cast & crew list do not specify. Not sure where you could find out.
