Absolutely . I was just saying in the other thread . He hit every issue I've ran into and addressed every concern in a positive way . Keep it focused for ZoS .

If you watch to the end of the video he explains he still disagrees with the changes and the communication as the changes are indeed negative.

I watched the video many tines. He told the truth... that is never negative. You cannot polish a t@@d.

Ummm clearly you did not he clearly expresses how the allot of the changes are bad stop lying through your teeth.[/quot

You didn't like what he said or you didn't like what I said or both but confusing facts with lying... ok. You are most certainly getting dunked on in pvp and will continue to do so. The changes are bad he showed you the sustain with the very best gear in the game so you are either.... nah you know what it doesn't matter I will just thank you for AP in advance.

Sorcerna, proud beta sorc. RIP April 2014 to May 31 2016 DArk Brotherhood. Out of retirement for negates and encases. Sorcerna will be going back into retirement to be my main crafter Fall 2018. Because an 8 k shield is f ing useless. Died because of baddies on the forum. Too much qq too little pew pew. 16 AD 2 DC. 0 EP cause they bad, CP 2300 plus 18 level 50 toons. NA, PC, Grey Host#SORCLIVESMATTER actually they don’t or they wouldn’t keep getting nerfed constantly.

    Reading comprehension worked for me.
"Bah... This is not the way... "

    PC EU
Tempora Jof, Daggerfall Covenant, Breton, Sorcerer, Vampire: "Being good is hard..."
Jurfi da Nord, Aldmeri Dominion, Nord,Warden, Vampire: "Serving my own needs is easy."
Randal the Second, Ebonheart Pact, Dark Elf, Dragonknight: "I refuse to feel the ex-slaver guilt I have."
Inos sal'Ma'Nefic, Aldmeri Dominion, Imperial, Templar: "Heals by accident count, eh? Eh?"
Desdenada Jof, Ebonheart Pact, High Elf, Sorcerer: "Righteousness is its own edict."
Joffi da Rat, Aldmeri Dominion, Wood Elf, Nightblade: "Bah, this is not the way..."
Indigo sal'Ma'Nefic, Daggerfall Covenant, Redguard, Dragonknight: "For glory!"

I don't think Naryu will be happy with the changes to siphoning attacks either. I hope ZOS employees have away of protecting themselves from her.

    This was a great video.

The key thing for me was cause and effect. The way they are changing so much is irresponsible. If players like us, (who on the forum, I always assume are pretty invested in the game so therefore above average at the game) may struggle, how will the below arevage player cope? How will a new player that Morrowind bring in cope?

Siphoning looks so broken. The fact Gilliam ran out of Stam QUICKER when using leeching strikes shows you how little ZOS know about this game.

He's right in most points, except pvp. If you can burn someone down within 10-15sec, even new mp/stamina cost wont change anything. It will affect only big fights and fights against classes with lot's of phys/spell resist or good heals.

2h stam users still drop people in 2-3 hits on the pts.

sustain is not something that affects pvp except for the ability for a single templar to keep two people alive forever against a zerg. that had to be addressed. THAT was poor pvp design in DAOC and it's poor pvp design here.

DaoC had multiple skills that made you survive for 30 seconds, but not forever vs a zerg.

Also in that game you do have 1 shot hits.

It's pretty much exactly 6 weeks until Morrowind drops. I hope ZOS has given themselves enough time to come up with a good solution and that they won't to force bad changes in because DEADLINES.

Considering that they have submit the patch to Sony/MS at least 2 weeks in advance this is reduced to 4 weeks. And there shouldn't be any major fixes in the last patch so I assume that any big changes will come next monday, if they are coming ....

it's broken, completely. The only two skills NB were known for, both gone. The 1 in 20 ish players in trials that make the leaderboards will soon drop even lower.

also as weaving/rotation is considered (at least by me) a somewhat advanced mechanic, this will hurt new players more than advanced players.

The most salient point @Gilliamtherogue makes is to control your variables. Any good scientist makes gradual changes by manipulating one variable to compare against a control and/or hypothetical end state. There are so many complex interactions between game systems, this quantity of change will result in data that is difficult to accurately interpret.

The thing is that maybe they did that internally; you cannot know that for sure!
And I want to believe that they have a small number of good and varied test teams.

Even a small change with a big impact can cause waves of negativity in the community. I do not agree with the sentiment of push smaller changes more frequently, when the are HUGE problems in the game. If the game was in a more balanced state, then yes, but as we currently are (completely out of control), we need revamps to be tried, not small fixes.
