You download it from the game launcher, there's an entry under Game Options.

Do you need to own the game on PC in order to have the game launcher?

(I don't. I only own ESO on PS4.)

Log into the account page at the top of this site. Once in, download link is on the right where it shows the PTS once you've registered if you haven't done so...do that first on that same page.

Thanks, but it's just not appearing for me there.

I see the Beta listed in my Billing History, but when I first log in and am presented with the Account Summery, the only thing listed on the right side is: ESO:TU PS4 Edition.

I've tried logging in from both Firefox and Chrome, and turned off AdBlockers, but it shows up the same in both browsers.

Play ESO on PS4 here and as there isn't a PS4 or Linux PTS cannot participate, nor sign the NDA.

As it is I have access to the NDA discussions without agreeing to the NDA, do not want.

Looks like they are revoking them too. I think this recent wave on invites wasn't meant to hit the console playerbase. After all, why would it?

Anyway, let's please not spread a bunch of Morrowind stuff that'd normally break the NDA. Ty
