Yep. What's most troubling about this is that the specific players banned (nevermind bystanders or random guildies uninvolved who were also banned) are the current top of every leaderboard.

They also help progression groups in vMoL daily, serve as subs to fill spots in other groups, support the game with Youtube vids/builds/etc and more. They are 12 of the biggest named ppl on PS4 NA. It will hurt the small endgame PvE community quite a lot should they quit altogether. The community is already tiny.

It's shocking that ZOS gave out permabans to all those in group as well as many uninvolved. Temp ban? Maybe. But permaban is crazy imo.

What I find funny is that the leader himself of the guild was banned for cheating during the double AP event (he was 1 of the people who was exploiting), and had a reputation for being an exploiter and overall snobby person on PS4-NA. This is also the person who went out of their way to call themselves "exposing people" with YT videos, and all that jazz.

And for something as serious as what they did, it's "too harsh" that they have gotten permanently banned? Especially after all the crap that's going on IRL involving racism, and other things of the sorts? Y'all feel it's too harsh? I'm disappointed in this community yet again.

But more specifically, I'm disappointed in you @Vaoh the most for defending that type of behavior. Every since you got your Amberplasm, and got to hangout with the "top", you've changed. As most do who surround themselves with that group of people. You used to be different, but then again this was when you PvP'd for the most part. It was how I met you. Got added to "The Corp" guild, got your little Droma-Destroya title, solo'd some content, and got in tight with people who for the most part are strongly disliked, but because "elite" and you're suddenly so pure and superior. Suddenly those people can do no wrong, and are somehow make-up the top endgame players for PS4-NA? You forget where you came from. You forget who helped you reach where you were. You forget who even put you onto pet builds, and helped you farm gear. You forget who ya peoples were, before you became all cyber famous.

But that's not for public debate. I am just incredibly happy they received a ban, and swift action from ZOS' end. A lot of end-game players who are "elite" on PS4-NA truly are not so nice people. Just as the video shows. 1 can only hope that ZOS deals with the remaining jerks in a timely fashion, and is able to catch them in the act. If you're reading this Mortehl by a chance, finally 1 of the guilds of jerks was dealt with by ZOS. ZOS really is cleaning up the nonsense.

Champ, whether you like it or not, the only involvement I've had with you in ESO was 1 time I crossed you in Cyrodiil, a handful of farm runs you helped me in getting Amber Plasm (which I tried to repay you for, but you instead kept it as a sort of blackmail to use against me), and a handful of other random dungeon runs. This all happened over the course of a rather short period of time.

You are someone in particular that out of all of the people I'd consider friends or have added to my Friends list (which I will certainly change), I have ran content with the least. It has been a very long time since we have even seen each other in-game, yet you've harassed me now twice for whatever reason it is I cannot fathom. It looks like you think I owe you something. Just because someone is good doesn't mean they're elitist or hated. On the contrary, many are quite upstanding.

You need to get over your weirdo obsession believing everything I've done in ESO is in any way a product of yourself. I am not even some big name in the ESO community. On PS4 NA many know of me in endgame but I am always the nice guy and am very much one of the least elite ppl on the leaderboards.

You on the other hand have a very, very toxic hostory following you from the few I've heard from talking about you.

Also our pet builds are polar opposites, and I ran solo content in-game well before I found Thelon, whom you never introduced me too as you are intent on making it sound. My build has changed many times ever since I made one and is different in every solo I've accomplished. It's laughable you watch Thelon or myself solo content and then try to tell yourself you're the creator of the builds involved.

Doncellius, I never once have been toxic to anyone but those who went out of their way to try me. You included now. But even then, I don't harass anyone. In fact, I don't even play ESO for the most part anymore. Unless I'm doing a favor for someone. That's the ONLY time I login nowadays. Such as when I made a quick video for a buddy who wanted to see how to do something in VMA the other day. I'd rather play Overwatch and GTA.

As for introducing you to Thelon, how could I? He plays on PC. We play on PS4. I used to play on PC, but I never met him in-game. Wish I could though, as my interest in pet builds came from him. Unlike you, I give credit where it's due. I followed that guy's build for months on end, and have no shame in admitting it. Dude is a great player, and is a very genuinely nice person. I'd love to have a chance to thank them in-game for inspiring me. So no. I can never once say that he got anything from me. If anything, I learned from him and still do. The dude is brilliant.

But again, you don't have to worry about me shouting you out on these forums again. As I have done tons upon tons of times. You don't have to worry about me speaking highly of you in-game, or even checking for you so to speak. However, if I do encounter you in PvP what a glorious day that will be. As I said previously, enjoy your ESO experience.

They are all well-known exploiters in end game content. As well as being extremely disliked for their attitudes towards all other players that are not within their "circle".

No they are not all the "best" players, but they are certainly some of the most well known and seen in leaderboards..But who gives a crap? Being a skilled player doesn't excuse you from behaving like this, nor should anyone condone it.

It was VERY clear what they were doing, and there is zero chance they didn't know beforehand what they were doing.It baffles me how anyone could possibly try and defend it, it is sickening.

Sure the game has references to this kind of stuff but player characters roleplaying REAL racism and publicly, is overstepping.

TLdR- Play stupid games, win stupid prizes.

Enjoy the perma bans assclowns.

@Ch4mpTW You decided to tag me and tell me how disappointed you are in me as well as how everything I have ever accomplished in ESO is a byproduct of your influence.

On the contrary, I never went out of my way to be toxic to you.

There is simply too many false claims and blatant, toxic lies for me to respond to your posts in a constructive way at this point. I'm not surprised you have to tell yourself all of these things.

Just because you write my PSN name on a Forum, write out a bunch of lies that depict me as entitled, elite, "too cool" or whatever does not make any of it true. I've always said great things about Thelon. I've always given credit where it's due. I've always been the nicest dude ever and a huge contributor to endgame PvEers, donating my time, gold, and advice to people progressing.

This thread should be locked, and all those who follow in the banned people's footsteps should be obliterated with no hesitation from ZOS. I'm talking completely annihilated. I may not be too happy with the approaching changes regarding Morrowind, but boy am I happy about this great news delivered. Cheers to you, ZOS. Y'all the real MVP.

All the individuals held a white power meeting in belkarth and started burning redguard NPC's. Also racist comments from them (not shown in video) were thrown around.

Bunch of ppl ran around in white robes. A few of them made reference a couple times to a certain racist group that starts with a K to troll, while the others said no.

As a result, each of them were permabanned, including a few bystanders not involved, one dude in group but in a different zone altogether, one guy who was offline, and a few others uninvolved but in guild.

Everyone involved (except a few unfortunate bystanders) were PvEers on the very top of every leaderboard, and their bans are gonna inevitable hurt the community.

Which is sad. It makes me sad to see people avoid entire zones, or avoid chats due to how toxic and horrible it can be. Things like that should never exist, and players should be at ease going wherever they do choose.

Meanwhile, people are defending this type of horrible behavior. They're out here defending these type of mentally sick people, and calling them friends. People voicing opinions about how the punishment is too severe, and how such actions were rather funny. Excuse me? Seriously? And 1 of the defenders calling themselves a good guy. Really? And no their bans aren't going to hurt anyone

They were toxic players who shunned everyone not in their inner circle.

I'm very well aware of Grand Council and how they like to operate. Don't even lie lmfao, the ONLY people those individuals helped were each other and themselves. The exception being nesquick who did do some pve vids for players.

However he was no better when it came to this behavior and all of them were involved wether directly or indirectly.

I KNOW for a fact that this isn't the first offense for most of the people in that list and so do you. Don't try and white lie for these morons.

Way too much skirting the issue going on. Perhaps because I'm on the older side and different generation than many younger players but back in my day, this would be called precisely what it is - tasteless.

Maybe racist, maybe not. Probably a joke? Doesn't matter. In prior generations the 'oh don't mind what we're doing because it's just a "parody" bit only protected you from legal repercussions, not social stigma for demonstrating such poor taste.

Short of reading minds, we'll never know if anyone in that little demo is truly racist. But let's say they are 100% not. Who cares? It is staggeringly obvious exactly what historical group and what historically tragic act those knuckleheads were re-creating.

ZOS did precisely the right thing from a moral as well as selfish point of view. Morally, permaban these punks who have such poor taste - because that is entirely their right to do so. Selfishly, only the most idiotic corporation (e.g United) leaves themselves open to massive bad press when simple acts like this is all that is needed to nip that in the bud.

@Nelson_Rebel EXACTLY! Which is why my words toward them were as they were. And I meant every single thing I wrote. I'm just happy I found out just how they were now, rather than later on down the road. I always knew something wasn't right how, due to how they switched-up on me a while back. But this post here verified my suspicions. How in the hell could you defend a group of people roleplaying an extremist hate group, who have done absolutely HORRIBLE things in history? Let alone turn around, and in the same thread call yourself a good person. How? It doesn't make sense.

And what makes things even worse, is there are plenty of people in-game who have no idea that dude is out here defending this type of sick stuff. Out here calling those people friends, and really fighting for them. I feel bad for the people who have no idea about what it is that I'm going to show them that occurred in this thread. I feel bad for those who call those peole and persons friends, and are guildies with them. But, what it is what it is. And it just so happens that people like me exist, who go about doing what it is that we do.

I've done some pretty bad stuff. I won't lie. I'm not a saint. I've done some pretty gnarly and questionable stuff, but NEVER once defended something as extreme as the stuff depicted and discussed in this thread. I never once partook in such things either. I even have a shred of humanity in me, and have boundaries and limits that I'll never cross.

I have only seen videos, but have heard around just in the past 24 hours that there was more to it than what videos I have seen, much like what @Nelson_Rebel has eluded to. Jokes or not, that is completely crossing the line. And as for the community, PS4 NA endgame is much more than just those 12 and their guild. I'll respect their ability to get things done and what they accomplished but their presence or perhaps now, lack thereof, isn't changing anything. I have personally witnessed some of those banned members straight blasting people and dog piling on them and saying some incredibly harsh things (like telling someone to kill themselves in guild chat, homophobic slurs, etc), and have heard on many, many occasions about being a part of alleged elaborate, horrible trolling. If that really is the case, then the community is better off.

But permabans to players this involved with the endgame PvE (yes it will stir the endgame community in a bad way, as it already has)..... I don't agree with that personally.

Also many of them said it was unrelated to the racist group whilst only a few trolled. There were also people who had nothing to do with it recieving permabans which is insane since you are losing everything for doing literally nothing. ZOS was very quick to respond but completed their job sloppily and haven't returned those accounts yet. Hard to believe but this is the actual case atm.

Also as a result, I can no longer wear my Black Hand Robe dyed white which I've worn forever because I will undoubtedly get permabanned if seen in Craglorn now -_-

It's a mess. And no the majority of them are very nice. Only a few in that group would ever say stuff like that based on the many interactions I've had with them in both PvE and PvP.

Such outrageous things should always be met with swift and strong punishment. I've never changed either, whatever that's suppossed to mean. Everyone I've been friends with, even those are rarely talk to, are still my friends.
