The pool is missing the most-likely-to-happen scenarios:
1) changing gear2) heavy attack build
- 1 full cost reduction/recovery set replacing 1 full DPS set
- or reenchanting the glyphs to cost reduction without changing current sets
Please don't forget that regen food usually provides less health (forcing you to go below expected minimum of 17k for hardmode Trials) and/or less magicka/stamina (meaning your damage output is yet even lower) or no magicka/stamina at all. This renders all regen food useless for DDs in PvE. But even if it didn't - with all recovieries being nerfed so badly, the additional regen from food barely exceeds the values we had in previous meta. With all cost increases of top of that, the whole regeneration stats are almost negligible in terms of build sustain. It also makes hard-counter (cost reduction glyphs/sets) far more reliable choice.
