From a rp point of view, if YOUR going to be VAMPIRE walking in civilization, you would hide your vampirism to hide among mortals so plz shush... just like count verandis... lore dude go play through rivenspire real fast it has a great story too...
Are you Count Verandis, who is a long time vampire and has had all those years (centuries?) to perfect his skills of blending in?
No. You're Joe Blow that just got bitten. You have 0 skills. YOUR vampirism shows.
Shush your damn self.
Vanpires are masters in illusion magic. What can you do witht that kind of magic? DISGUISE YOURSELF
And you can. WITH OUTFITS. Which is what everyone is saying.
This is what we mean! We are tired of hiding behind god damn costumes! Let us roam freely in our armor. Let me have the grey-blue skin of my dunmer. Let me be the giant yellow tictac of an altmer that I am. Let me be the cute orc.
NOT A BAG OF FLOUR
He and others suggested current skin's or disguises... I want a human illusion skin not a glowing flashlighy skin and disguises hide your crafted armor style which takes away the point... if you care about your char looking ugly as a vampire you'll care about your armor looks most likely

Well fed vampires look more "alive" in appearance being able to hide with the population.
Blood Starved Vampires will look like the undead, pale fiends they truly are.
Verandis can hide his vampirism of course, by feeding. All vampires can but it all depends on weather you want to hide your vampirism or you want to have the nice power bonus the condition has.
If not the crown store already has costumes and skins that hide your condition. But asking for a specific skin to specifically hide vampirism is somewhat lore breaking.
