Now that the game is somewhat forcing us to become vampires, can we have a hide vamparism skin?

Sorry but RP is a part of this mmoRPg and its important to us rpers and others to look how we like.

Yeah. From a RP point of view, if you're going to be a vampire you're going to LOOK like a vampire.

From a rp point of view, if YOUR going to be VAMPIRE walking in civilization, you would hide your vampirism to hide among mortals so plz shush... just like count verandis... lore dude go play through rivenspire real fast it has a great story too...

Are you Count Verandis, who is a long time vampire and has had all those years (centuries?) to perfect his skills of blending in?

No. You're Joe Blow that just got bitten. You have 0 skills. YOUR vampirism shows.

    Shush your damn self.

Vanpires are masters in illusion magic. What can you do witht that kind of magic? DISGUISE YOURSELF

And you can. WITH OUTFITS. Which is what everyone is saying.

This is what we mean! We are tired of hiding behind god damn costumes! Let us roam freely in our armor. Let me have the grey-blue skin of my dunmer. Let me be the giant yellow tictac of an altmer that I am. Let me be the cute orc.

    NOT A BAG OF FLOUR

He and others suggested current skin's or disguises... I want a human illusion skin not a glowing flashlighy skin and disguises hide your crafted armor style which takes away the point... if you care about your char looking ugly as a vampire you'll care about your armor looks most likely

Yes! I want to look like my character originally do

Yeah, like every Tom, *** and Harry has those at their disposal. Add to that, they're ugly too.

For a game as pretty as this one is - really amazing scenery, detailed and varied monsters - the player characters are lacking in a lot of ways.

The "made of marshmallow" look they have for vamps is so awful, can't blame people a bit for not wanting to have to carry it around. If they wear one of the disguises, every time they zone they have to do the "tugging at my elbows and adjusting my chest cos I'm wearing a disguise!" dance. Markings, makeup, tats, all gone: marshmallow with blood eyes. I think the blood eyes alone would be plenty of warning for fellow players, if that's a concern. Or in Cyro and BG, they'd be temporarily re-marshmallowed, because heaven forbid people not see the batswarm coming. Fine.

But people have been asking for this change forever. Just give it to them already. Make vampires not look so stupid, or let them have some way to opt out. How hard can it be.

You can hide vampirism by feeding. OF course this comes with the cost of loosing certain abilities. But that's how vampirism has ALWAYS worked in the elder scrolls universe.

Well fed vampires look more "alive" in appearance being able to hide with the population.

Blood Starved Vampires will look like the undead, pale fiends they truly are.

Verandis can hide his vampirism of course, by feeding. All vampires can but it all depends on weather you want to hide your vampirism or you want to have the nice power bonus the condition has.

If not the crown store already has costumes and skins that hide your condition. But asking for a specific skin to specifically hide vampirism is somewhat lore breaking.

I'd be down with that. Especially with the CP changes, getting that extra regen from vamp is 100% essential on every build. But it makes you're character look so stupid.

Gives Harry something to work towards then, sounds fine to me.

And that's highly subjective, I'd say Dro-m'Athra looks pretty balling to me. B)

If you want the perks... gotta handle what comes with it!

Yet skin's and disguises hide vamparism... so invalidated

Then bring back the mindshriven and soul shriven mixing with vampirism them. And give us dro m'artha vampires too.

You just admitted yourself verandis can hide his vamparism... and disguises are simply clothing that do not cast a illusion spell on you so lots goes out the window

Being a vampire also has a cost to weakness to fire and slower HP regan, there is enough drawbacks.

I do not really play a vampire, I mean I have one but I don't play her seriously, I use a costume and move on. She is my provisioning toon and also gives free vamp bites for people because jerk players charge way too much gold for something thatshould be free. But I can see why not everyone wants to do this and it doesn't hurt anybody to let players do this.
