Just wondering if you guys have a second cell phone account.

It does great things (sending mails between to have nearly infinite storage, more trade guilds, 480 free storage slots etc) but it is also trouble some.

Just wondering how many you use a second account to solve your problems and is it hard or troublesome to manage

You kidding? I have more than that.

I have 5 copies technically, that I paid for. Some for family and friends. But access to 4. Haha! Not all our mine though and not sure this game's term of service on the subject so being vague here. 2 are mine (one of these was bought for my sister, but she still does not want to give it a go. With enough time I have hope she will come around.) on PC and 1 is mine on PS4.

One on PC and one on Xbox One, but it seems Reid Lou's for me personally to run two separate accounts on one platform.
I'd only consider doing so if I could sale it

from what I read you can have multiple accounts, but you are suppose to use them at the same time

There are ppl claiming they open both accounts at same time to transfer items and no ban so far...so I'm guessing (<-just guessing, don't blame me if you get banned) as long as you don't run both of them in a fight or something you are good

Yeah never do that. If Cai account IS open at same time as my main it is my sister playing! (finally Alleluia!) For now, use it on occasion for mail sendbacks. (no longer I have the merchant!

) and have some bonus characters there for test builds. (Public Test Server takes up too much room on HDD so I deleted it.)

I can see the benefit in having two (I have 2 accounts for another MMO, after my brother quit playing and gave me his) but I'm fine with just 1.

Got a second account to mail items back and forth, so my characters in the tutorial area can use crafted training gear. Was cheaper than buying a banker.

I don't know about it being great, but I have a second account. I use it for storage and for organization of non-bound items that I want to hold on to. I use it for trading guild purposes as well. Bouncing mail back and forth as well. Also as another member in my personal guild.

Maintaining the second account isn't particularly fun. Its a bit of a pain, honestly, but it gives me more storage than I would have any other way.

Basically, from what I understand, you can have multiple accounts as a player. You can even log into multiple accounts (that you own) at the same time. You CANNOT multibox, which is controlling multiple accounts simultaneously through the use of hardware or software. That is definitely against the ToS. Being logged in and swapping back and forth between multiple accounts is a different thing, however. One account is essentially inactive while you are working on the other, and vice versa when you swap windows.

Actually I'd like to open a second account right now but I'm not sure how to go about it. Would someone mind giving me some quick instructions? Do I do it within the game or through a website? Do I need two PSN accounts? Do I need two copies of the game?

I own 4 accounts, two quite recently for other people, two for me. One of mine is my primary and is subscribed to ESO Plus, and will have the Morrowind chapter in June.

The second account actually does very little for inventory management for me -- I got it over a year ago because I ran out of character slots and needed new characters to play with new friends, before One Tamriel hit. Since then, it's not been used quite as much, although with the recent 200% XP events I finally ran a character up to start getting Champion points on the account.

I'll probably use the second account to create a character to level up with the other two players (my girlfriend and her daughter) that I'm going to be introducing to the game once I set up another ESO capable PC.

Curiously... all my inventory management actually run the other way -- excess crafting materials and interesting items I want to keep for a while all get mailed to my Primary account instead, because it has more Bank space and the crafting bags.

Alas, the only thing which flows from my primary to my secondary account is gold...

you need no space management if you are a subber

I am bit concern about where ZOS is going so I'm considering quit sub (I will still buy things in crown store to show my support) for a while and see how that goes..that is why I am considering a second account

If your Playstation is set up as the Primary Playstation you shouldn't need more then one copy of the game. You do need separate PSN accounts.

ETA: You also do not need both accounts to have PSN+. Just one account needs it.

Not sure about PC, but one interesting thing I found out a few weeks ago, when setting up my main PS4 account to play in EU, was that my bonus items from the physical Imperial Edition (horse, maps, mudcrab, crowns) and the Yokudan Charger from the code I got with Skyrim Special Edition are duplicated across. Other then that no crowns or purchases were available to me on the EU PS4 server. Hmmm... I didn't even think to check DLC.

Yeah all that storage? But I wish they had a guild banker NPC in crownstore! I never bought the basic banker however with this sale right now picked up the Merchant, NPC summon.

EVE Online at one point I had three or four accounts going because there was a benefit to it, here I don't see the benefit so I don't have more than one.
