Beginning at 6:00pm EDT tonight (in about 25 minutes), we’ll need to bring all European megaservers offline for maintenance. We recently identified an issue that, if left untreated, could impact your ability to log into or stay connected to ESO. We anticipate downtime being approximately 3 hours, and will let you know as soon as maintenance is complete.
Thanks for your patience and understanding.

Unfortunately, we still use that am/pm nonsense in the US, like miles, feet, and m/d/y.
Use the UTC time.

It's in the US... learn US time or play EU server. That simple.

Considering that this is to announce EU server maintenance, your statement makes no sense.

Did you read the announcement? It includes the UTC time. That is what the OP should look at to avoid ambiguity.
Not sure why you felt the need to confuse things by being contradictory.

Makes perfect sense... It being ZOS is in Boston Mass USA. Now if this were an EU company and I were feeling like the OP, I would ASK them if they would accommodate me instead of being a demanding child. But that's me.
.... but the constant interruptions and inconsistent- unreliable nature of what we have now just sucks.
